About the Product Manager at Headspace: At Headspace, our B2B products help millions of employees and health plan members access the mental health care they need. As a Product Manager in the B2B organization, you'll play a critical role in shaping our employer and partner-facing experiences, leveraging data systems, automation, and engagement tools to drive adoption and impact. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions that enhance employer engagement, improve client reporting, and optimize internal tools to better support our partners. What you will do:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for employer engagement mechanisms, including challenges, marketing automation, and branded experiences.
- Own and enhance Headspace’s B2B client reporting capabilities, ensuring robust, scalable, and insightful data reporting for our partners while collaborating with the Client Reporting team on strategic partner needs.
- Lead improvements to internal stakeholder management tooling, enabling customer success, sales, and account teams to better support our enterprise partners.
- Support B2B2C operations and escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and optimize the user experience.
- Drive data system enhancements that enable more effective decision-making, reporting, and analytics across our B2B ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
- Develop product requirements, define success metrics, and ensure seamless execution of the B2B roadmap.
- Act as a primary escalation point for B2B and partner-related product issues, coordinating responses and long-term improvements.
What you will bring:
Required Skills:
- Product Experience: Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, defining product requirements, success metrics, working with engineering teams, & iterating products over time.
- Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and analytics methodologies to drive product insights and decision-making.
- B2B Product Experience: Familiarity with employer engagement strategies, partner marketing, and enterprise SaaS models.
- Growth & Optimization Expertise: Experience optimizing digital engagement, automation, and reporting tools to increase product adoption and partner success.
- Project Management: Ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills with internal teams (sales, customer success, engineering, marketing) to drive alignment and execution.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while delivering practical, scalable solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise clients, especially in the health and wellness or HR tech space.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, DataBricks, Amplitude).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of employer benefits ecosystems and how digital health solutions fit within them.
- Background in SaaS, B2B2C, or marketplace models.
