Job Details
CapIntel is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to build and lead the product marketing function. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll shape how wealth advisors and retail investors understand and adopt CapIntel.
What You’ll Do:
- Build the foundation: Establish core product marketing processes and frameworks.
- Lead launches: Drive strategy and execution for major launches.
- Measure what matters: Define and track KPIs for adoption and campaign performance.
- Roll up your sleeves: Write messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch documentation.
- Turn insights into action: Gather customer feedback and market signals to refine strategies.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue leaders.
- Support monetization: Provide customer and market context to shape pricing and value communication.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Experience building product marketing from 0–1 in a start-up environment.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
- Metrics-driven, using data to guide decisions.
- Collaborative mindset.
Bonus experience:
- Experience in WealthTech or FinTech.
- Background working in B2B2C environments.
