About the Role Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for new products. Drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
• Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and differentiation strategies for target audiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to align product and marketing roadmaps.
• Lead integrated campaigns (digital marketing, content creation, events, sales enablement).
• Equip business development with tools, training, and resources.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end launch plans, including communication strategies and client materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience launching new digital products, ideally in a startup.
• Experience with marketing tools/platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with (re)insurance or financial reporting products is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
