Role Description This role involves developing product messaging and positioning that is customer (merchant) centric. Research and understand industry trends in the competitive landscape. Define and lead pilot programs to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback that can inform improvements to features prior to launch. Collect, interpret, and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization. Manage product marketing activities related to product launches, including but not limited to:
- App store assets
- Internal and external training content and demos
- Email marketing campaigns
- Blogs and social media
- Videos
Partner with Sales on creating sales enablement tools, such as decks or sell sheets. Partner with internal teams on creating support tools, such as maintaining the knowledge base. Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience.
Qualifications BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field. 2-4 years' experience in marketing. Experience in financial services or financial technology. Must be a creative and strategic product thinker. Must be a storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs. Ability to positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work through uncertainty. Must have an interest in, or knowledge of, Financial Technology. Must have working knowledge of agile marketing process.
Requirements Travel Requirements: Up to 20% License and Certification Requirements: CPP certified in 18 months Salary Range: $65,000- $100,000
