Product Marketing Manager for Revalize transactional (e-commerce) and complex engineering (PLM) products. Drive marketing strategy, positioning, and promotion for products sold through direct sellers and online store, ensuring compelling customer-centric presentations. Focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing customer experience.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity. Analyze data from the e-store, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Understand the target audience's behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with product teams to create clear, consistent, and engaging content communicating product benefits and differentiators.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches. Develop integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing). Work with product, design, and sales teams for alignment.
- E-commerce Optimization: Collaborate with web development and design teams for a seamless user experience. Optimize product pages (images, descriptions, pricing, CTAs) for conversions. Leverage A/B testing.
- Sales and Conversion Optimization: Increase conversion rates on product pages, drive sales through promotional activities. Monitor sales data, identify improvements in the marketing funnel. Utilize customer reviews/ratings.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on product marketing initiatives; provide insights into successes and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the product marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or engineering software, e-commerce workflows, preferably with SaaS solutions.
Skills: Executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. Strong communication skills. Ability to define product value propositions, differentiators, key messaging to target audiences. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation. Understanding the online buying journey and driving demand/conversion. Ability to execute at scale and pace in a complex business. Experience working in a remote environment.
