About the role: The Product Owner Retail Media Ad Solutions (m/f/d) will drive the evolution and optimization of our AdTech and MarTech solutions, reporting directly to the Director for AdTech and MarTech. This role is critical in ensuring our Retail Media offerings deliver measurable impact, align with broader AdTech and MarTech objectives, and support the company’s revenue and growth targets. A key focus will be the close collaboration with the Retail Media business team, ensuring that product development is fully aligned with business strategies and growth initiatives.
About your tasks:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for all Retail Media Ad Solutions in close collaboration with the Director for AdTech and MarTech as well as the Retail Media business team. The roadmap will be developed jointly, ensuring a comprehensive strategy from both a business and product perspective.
- Backlog Management: Gather stakeholder requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to deliver incremental value and meet market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, sales teams, and the Retail Media business team to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Establish product KPIs, regularly analyze performance metrics, and refine product features to improve ROI and user engagement.
- Market Research: Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure market relevance and drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in product ownership or product management, ideally within an AdTech, MarTech, or retail media environment.
- Familiarity with sponsored ads, digital advertising platforms, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset and experience interpreting data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an agile development environment.
