Full-Time Product Owner Retail Media

About your tasks:

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for all Retail Media Ad Solutions in close collaboration with the Director for AdTech and MarTech as well as the Retail Media business team.
• Develop the roadmap jointly, ensuring a comprehensive strategy from both a business and product perspective.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to deliver incremental value and meet market needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, sales teams, and the Retail Media business team to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Establish product KPIs, regularly analyze performance metrics, and refine product features to improve ROI and user engagement.
• Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure market relevance and drive continuous innovation.

About you:

• Proven track record in product ownership or product management, ideally within an AdTech or retail media environment.
• Familiarity with sponsored ads, digital advertising platforms, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset and experience interpreting data to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an agile development environment.
