What's the opportunity? Seeking a dynamic and hands-on Player-Coach Product Support Team Lead. In this hybrid role, you'll lead a small team and provide direct customer support. You will guide your team, foster a customer-centric environment, and resolve complex product issues.
What will I be doing?
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of product support representatives.
- Provide hands-on support to customers, handling complex inquiries and escalations.
- Identify areas for team growth and improvement, and implement training programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product issues.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the team updated on new features.
What skills do I need?
- Proven experience in product support, with 1-2 years leadership (enterprise SaaS a plus).
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Intercom, Salesforce.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented.
- Empathy for customers and diligence to resolve problems.
- Ability to balance team leadership and hands-on support.
- Passion for the startup experience.
