What's the opportunity? Seeking a dynamic and hands-on Player-Coach Product Support Team Lead. In this hybrid role, you'll lead a small team and provide direct customer support. You will guide your team, foster a customer-centric environment, and resolve complex product issues.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of product support representatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to customers, handling complex inquiries and escalations.
  • Identify areas for team growth and improvement, and implement training programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product issues.
  • Maintain product knowledge and keep the team updated on new features.

What skills do I need?

  • Proven experience in product support, with 1-2 years leadership (enterprise SaaS a plus).
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Intercom, Salesforce.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Empathy for customers and diligence to resolve problems.
  • Ability to balance team leadership and hands-on support.
  • Passion for the startup experience.
