We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Program Director with a consultative and technical mindset to lead our largest Workfront and AEM engagements. You will have the opportunity to provide solutions and manage delivery and implementation of our Connected Work programs for the world s biggest brands. Connected Work helps our clients by aligning their teams with organizational strategies, transparently conveying business and ROI costs, and building a well-integrated technology stack to jumpstart their digital transformation.
Note: This is a remote, work from home position
As a Program Director, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead strategic account planning and development for Diamond clients, with the client, sales, partners, and delivery teams
- Work closely with large clients and other LeapPoint staff to develop an account s objectives and roadmap and to set the strategy to achieve desired impact
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and develop strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, cost reductions, and increase profitability
- Identify business challenges, propose solutions, and align program and project resources to deliver on the program
- Define and oversee the projects needed to reach the targeted goals create the blueprint for a program
- Assemble and delegate the project execution to one or various program or project managers
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation pathways for the program teams and client; provide senior leadership to the account team
- Work with the Growth Sales Director to meet account sales targets
- Expand relationships and points of contact within the client
- Create and oversees all budgets for the client
The following skills will set you up for success:
- Consulting experience leading Workfront engagements for Fortune 500 companies
- Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront, SaaS integration / automation, AEM, process optimization, etc.)
- 6+ years program management experience for SaaS implementations
- Perform basic project coordination and administration activities (examples: maintaining project plan in Workfront)
- Must reside in the U.S.
Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
