Programmatic Supervisor Role at EVERSANA INTOUCH

Oversee execution & optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns to meet client objectives and deliver strong performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage programmatic resources and daily planning, buying, and reporting for a portfolio of media brands.
  • Identify and mitigate low-level risks, resolve conflicts.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Manage and optimize live campaigns or supervise programmatic traders.
  • Meet client objectives, implement and manage campaigns within agency trading desk.
  • Monitor, analyze campaign performance, brand safety, and viewability.
  • Act as programmatic point person for specific accounts/brands.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to Programmatic Traders.
  • Conduct quality assurance of Programmatic Trader tasks.
  • Understand customer journey and programmatic fit.
  • Provide media leadership & guidance to the team.
  • Provide clear direction to internal programmatic team at planning kick-offs.
  • Manage proposal/recommendation and executional output for specific brands.
  • Maintain positive client, vendor, and agency partner relationships.
  • Contribute to team documents based on industry knowledge.
  • Perform data analysis & optimization, contribute to reporting.
  • Oversee analysis of performance metrics, communicate/propose optimization recommendations.
  • Identify trends in data to drive optimization.
  • Conduct campaign audits and execute checks and balances.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-6+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
  • Strong understanding of demand-side platforms & 3rd-party verification tools.
  • Experience managing data partners and audience creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail & quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to train others.
  • Expert at independently creating client-facing slides.
  • Present data compellingly.
  • Deep understanding of the media process.
  • Excellent delegation and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Compensation: $76,000 - $113,000 (USD)
