The Project Manager is responsible for leading company's ongoing projects thru initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion. They work closely with leadership team and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include execution and hosting of all assigned project meetings, submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate assigned projects workflow thru initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
- Participate in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings, as required
- Develop, monitor, and implement project timelines, revising as needed to ensure key milestones are met
- Communicate project status (both formally and informally) to clients and internal teams
- Track and report project metrics and provide recommendations to management
- Resolve and/or escalate potential project risks to management in a timely fashion
- Manage client satisfaction within project transition period and participate in post project evaluation
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process, system or materials to the client
- All other duties as assigned

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel Minimal overnight travel, may work on site or remote locations
- Hours 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Proven experience in project management leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to support project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Experience in preserving through all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High personal standards in all aspects of work (quality and attention to detail)
- Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner
- Education: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Experience and/or Training 5 years of experience in Project Management or related experience
- Licenses/Certificates None
- Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Experience and/or Training Preferred 8 years of experience in Project Management or related experience
- Licenses/Certificates Certification in Project Management
- Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite
