Property Administrator will manage the acquisition, development, and maintenance of commercial and residential real estate properties in New York.
Daily activities include:
- Administer day-to-day operations of the real estate business
- Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, painting, property and premises, cleaners and other activities
- Process payments in the accounting system
- Create and post apartment advertisements on sites and social network groups
- Communicate with leads and negotiate with potential tenants
- Schedule showings
- Arrange move-ins and move-outs
- Create and sign lease agreements
- Research products and services, order supplies and arrange delivery and shipments
- Negotiate with Vendors
- Service customer requests
- Research contractors, negotiate prices and manage their work
Qualifications:
Interest in the real estate business
Experience handling projects
Experience analyzing data and preparing business reports
Experience with spreadsheets
Excellent organizational and managerial skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
