Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordination: Track, manage, and follow up on maintenance service requests. Schedule and coordinate service appointments. Provide timely updates and ensure task completion. Support the Maintenance Manager by preparing reports and handling escalations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, data entry, file organization, and reporting. Provide general administrative support. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in property management.
- Hands-on experience with property managers, vendors, and tenants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (fluent in English).
- Ability to understand workflows and contribute to project management.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Maintenance IQ (Yardi) or similar property management tools is a plus.
