Full-Time PSP Lead/Payments Lead (iGaming)

We are looking for a Lead of PSP Operations to join our team and drive the efficiency and growth of our payment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and growing a small remote team (2–4 people)
• Designing and implementing efficient payment processing workflows
• Managing communication and relationships with payment providers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
• Negotiating favorable exchange rates and contract terms
• Monitoring and managing company account balances across various payment systems
• Ensuring timely processing of player payouts and company withdrawals
• Creating periodic analytical reports to identify challenges and potential areas for optimization
• Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing payment processes and costs, and overseeing their implementation
• Troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues
• Establishing clear documentation for all payment procedures
• Proven experience managing payment systems, ideally within the online gambling industry, including setting up and optimizing processes
• Experience in leading and developing remote teams
• Strong understanding of online gaming payment processing
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English Intermediate+
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., 1C), spreadsheets (Excel), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company, a results-oriented mindset, understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, PCI DSS) and knowledge of relevant financial instruments, quick adaptation to changes in the market and regulatory environment
