Full-Time QA Manager VR Games

K5 Factory, part of K5 Media Group in Munich, specializes in immersive experiences using AR, VR, and real-time rendering for games and metaverse development.

We are seeking a Senior VR-Games QA Manager to join our motivated team.

Responsibilities:

• Create test plans and cases, guiding a QA intern.
• Analyze test requirements for potential issues and early bug prevention.
• Identify, categorize, and report bugs during testing.
• Regularly report test progress and results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk assessment after testing, with intern support.
• Make release recommendations.
• Use JIRA for findings and prioritize with the Lead Game Designer.

Requirements:

• 3+ years QA Management experience in Gaming, preferably VR Gaming.
• Passionate VR gamer with strong knowledge of the VR gaming scene.
• Solid technical knowledge and enthusiasm for QA.
• 3+ years experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
• Self-organized, structured, and capable of thinking outside the box.
• Strong prioritization and task management skills.
• Fluent in English; German preferred.
• Knowledge of scripting/programming and databases.
