Full-Time Record To Report Specialist

The R2R Specialist provides business unit general accounting and internal control support, including journal entries, balance sheet maintenance, and month-end closing.

• Responsible for general ledger, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, treasury transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Supports senior colleagues in accounting tasks, resolves queries, and cooperates with auditors.
• Follows and updates Desktop Procedures, seeking improvements.
• Delivers services as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) /KPI’s.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepares and posts journal entries for designated SGS Affiliates.
• Creates and maintains standard GL, FA, INV, Intercompany Transaction reports.
• Ensures data integrity and prepares financial information accurately and timely.
• Performs periodic close of general ledger.
• Maintains accountability for the standard chart of accounts and performs account analysis/reconciliations.
• Provides customer service exceeding customer SLA.
• Identifies and presents solutions for process improvements.
• Supports the roll-in strategy and implementation.
• Ensures compliance with rules, policies, and procedures.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance - required
• Minimum 3 years of related professional experience in GL - required
• High understanding of General Ledger accounting processes and information systems - required
• Strong knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) - required
• Knowledge of FA, INV, Intercompany transaction is a must - required
