Job Overview: The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring the hiring process runs efficiently. Their primary goal is to strategically impact top-of-funnel recruitment by implementing sourcing strategies for high-volume, highly qualified clinicians.
What you’ll do:
- Sourcing and Application Review: Understand Wheel's clinical positions to target ideal candidates. Review resumes on Fountain, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ashby, and external job boards. Move candidates through ATS stages. Use boolean search and sourcing methods. Craft email blasts to increase responses. Collaborate with job board reps.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Move candidates through workflow stages. Schedule recruiter screens, disposition unqualified candidates. Communicate interview details. Send reminders for assessments and interviews.
- Candidate Communication: Respond to candidate messages across various platforms (Careteam, Fountain, Indeed). Keep email templates updated. Provide clear communication and updates.
- Recruitment Systems & Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records. Import candidate data. Guide candidates on completing the application. Run a monthly duplicate application report.
- Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with recruiters and account managers. Provide administrative support, reports, tracking metrics, job fairs.
- Process Improvement: Seek ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Stay updated on recruiting best practices and technology.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination or admin support (fast-paced environment).
- Proficient in managing applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Highly organized, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Positive attitude with passion for candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fountain
- Experience in healthcare recruiting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
