We invite a driven and well-organized Recruiting Researcher to join our Recruitment Department at Dev.Pro – a leading IT outsourcing company.

Is that you?

1. 1+ years of experience in recruitment and candidate research
2. Familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles
3. Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
4. Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools
5. Proficiency in Google Docs
6. Experience with any ATS
7. Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
8. Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
9. Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines
10. Ability to work within a team, and with people from different timezones.

Desirable: Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector

Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a Recruiting Researcher, you'll be a valuable contributor to our recruitment efforts, using your skills to ensure an effective candidate search and communication process.

• Proactively sourcing qualified candidates from various sources
• Researching to identify potential candidates
• Screening candidates based on specified criteria
• Working with the existing candidate database, performing various reporting and documentation tasks
• Assisting recruiters in hiring both technical and non-technical specialists
