• Develop and implement effective job board sponsorship strategies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to assess ROI.

• Manage, execute, and test new recruitment paid media campaigns.
• Explore and implement advertising strategies on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Leverage Indeed, LinkedIn, and iHire platforms.
• Support select veterinary industry-specific job postings.
• Ensure seamless integration between job boards and ATS platform.

• Craft compelling job descriptions, support website content.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing plans.
• Create storytelling content, practice-level recruitment templates, and video testimonials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance.
• Work cross-functionally with TA, Marketing, and Operations.
• Provide marketing toolkits and training to TA partners and practice managers.

• Analytical Skills: Analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with paid media campaigns.
• Job Board Proficiency: Familiarity with job board platforms.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
