Are you a top performer seeking diverse challenges? This remote-based position in our top-performing North American sales force offers exciting opportunities.
Represent five iconic Western Canadian resorts: Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, and Rimrock Resort Hotel (an Accor hotel). Reporting to the Director of Group Sales at Fairmont Banff Springs, this position is fully remote.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceeding personal sales quotas for all mountain region hotels.
- Adapting sales styles to various business needs (incentive/corporate meetings, etc.).
- Driving guest room ADR and F&B/ancillary spend.
- Proactively prospecting and developing key accounts.
- Conducting regular calls on US accounts.
- Participating in training, trade shows, and sales trips (limited travel).
- Gathering market intelligence and implementing strategies for long-term goals.
- Developing and executing quarterly action plans.
- Maintaining effective records of correspondence.
- Actively participating in sales meetings.
- Handling special projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Hotel Management degree is preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Proven sales track record with a positive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
- Goal-oriented and organized.
- Visa Requirement: Legally eligible to work in the USA. Employer cannot assist with work authorization.
