Key Role: Customer ownership, sales activity, building relationships with End-Users and distributors, increasing profitability and growth, end-to-end sales delivery across product portfolio, providing technical advice, managing individual territories and sales forecasting.
Responsibilities: Executing sales delivery to meet forecasts and KPIs, sales strategy and delivery, forecasting, channel management (specifically Oil&Gas), acting as regional customer voice, budget management, project oversight, operational excellence, business development to expand customer base, delivery sales against targets, providing technical advice to customers, growing current sales accounts, feeding business intelligence to line managers, and working with internal departments for customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirements: Degree/recognized qualification in Engineering, sales experience in manufacturing & distribution (industrial engineering ideal), proven track record, at least 4-5 years experience, knowledge and experience of sales techniques, proven experience and customer network in Oil&Gas/utilities, fluent English.
Candidate Profile: Industry experience/knowledge in Oil & Gas, charismatic and inspiring personality with entrepreneurial flair and business acumen, passion for business growth, collaborative working across business units, challenging siloed thinking, appetite and ability to work in a complex matrixed business.
