We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Europe to support marketing strategies and initiatives. Focus is on designing and implementing strategic and operational activities to drive sales, targeted communication, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish strong local market entries, guiding country teams.
- Lead G2M rollout of new products with local adaptation.
- Create lifecycle campaigns for market relevance.
- Develop region-specific content, collateral, and communications.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and customer activations.
- Drive digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Ensure brand consistency with AT-PAC guidelines.
- Develop targeted market approaches with sales teams.
- Source, manage, and coordinate third-party service providers.
- Analyze campaign performance, gather feedback, and optimize.
- Support internal marketing standards and processes.
- Coordinate regional market studies and research.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar industry.
- Knowledge/experience with SEA (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, with strong international team skills.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are advantageous.
- Travel requirements: 20-30% of working time.
- Remote work after onboarding, subject to leader agreement.
