About The Position The Regional Operations Associate supports execution, tracking, and coordination of regional operations and programmatic initiatives across KIPP's network. Reporting to the Senior Director of Network Performance, this role maintains accurate records, tracks project progress, supports communication efforts, and ensures smooth administrative operations for effective planning and execution across regions.
Responsibilities
- Track progress on regional and programmatic initiatives, updating records and timelines.
- Assist with special projects (regional communications, support execution, board management).
- Support regional meetings, goal-setting, and planning sessions.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
- Assist with expense reporting, travel coordination, and event logistics.
- Prepare meeting, event, and planning session materials.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Support document organization and filing.
- Manage shared systems for knowledge management.
- Compile data-based updates for regional leaders.

Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 0-2 years of work experience. Results-oriented. Strong attention to detail. Analytical interest and skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of or interest in data management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexibility and ability to excel in a dynamic, primarily virtual work environment. Self-starter and problem-solver.
Work Conditions
- 25% travel required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000-$79,000.
