Exciting Opportunity to Join A Place for Mom!
Lead a team of Inside Sales Managers managing a remote team of Welcome Advisors (WAs). WAs are inside sales representatives in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial consultations with families on senior care options.
- Refer senior living communities and homecare agencies matching their needs.
- Provide high-quality details to community customers and follow-up sales teams.
- Supervise assignment of Salesforce compensation, targets, and sales incentives.
- Drive sales to achieve move-in goals.
- Manage and lead team to deliver funnel metrics.
- Lead and support Regional Manager team.
- Direct the evolution of sales territories.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Support sales management in achieving goals.
- Oversee sales reporting accuracy and distribution.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports and develop new reporting tools.
- Build Salesforce growth scenarios and refine long-term strategic plans.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Manage customer complaints and relations.
- Manage customer relations including brand calls, webinars, and meetings.
- Hire, recruit, train, and coach Regional Managers and Welcome Advisors.
- Manage HR issues (LOA, Exits, New Hires, etc.).
- Work with all departments on new systems, programs, processes.
- Collaborate with the development team on new sales technology.
- Collaborate with the learning and development team on training material.
- Required quarterly overnight travel for divisional and organizational sales meetings, and local travel to visit community customers.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree.
- Senior leadership experience in a call center environment.
- Thorough understanding of call center metrics and KPIs.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible sales and sales management experience in B2C or SMB sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and funnel KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills with multiple tracks.
- Excellent customer service, team training, and inspiration skills.
- Ability to work with multiple customers (families and communities).
- Develop clear action plans and drive processes with interdependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
