Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional for administrative support to executives and senior management.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, facilitating expense reimbursements for General Managers, maintaining records, ensuring smooth operations, and effective communication.
Key Duties:
- Point of contact for executives and clients (internal/external).
- Supporting employees with expense reimbursements.
- Receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Handling requests and inquiries.
- Maintaining diary, arranging meetings/appointments, and sending reminders.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Taking dictation, creating minutes, and entering data accurately.
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Developing/executing an efficient filing system.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a secretarial role.
- Experience working with C-level executives, corporate officers, and directors.
- Understanding of office management systems/procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written).
- Strong planning/time management skills.
- Knowledge of office gadgets/applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Discretion/confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Operations Management, or a related field.
