Full-Time Remote Tax Manager, CPA

• Oversee tax compliance activities.
• Prepare and review Federal and State income tax returns.
• Tax planning and projections.
• Tax research and correspondence.
• Manage client information.
• Assist staff with technical questions.
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of tax returns.
• Assist in complex client tax planning.
• Manage client deliverables and time frames.
• Mentor tax team members.
• Assist in new client onboarding.
• Find and implement process improvements.
• Provide support on special tax projects.
• Collaborate with Management.
• Assist with Firm Initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Certified Public Accountant license.
• Experience supporting a large client base in real estate.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Strong computer skills, Thomson Reuters software a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Research orientated with problem-solving skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexible in dealing with change and managing multiple priorities.
