Full-Time Remote Technical Team Lead

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with company standards and goals. With your strong technical background and leadership skills, you will facilitate smooth project execution, provide guidance, and resolve roadblocks.

1. Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
2. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
4. Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
5. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
6. Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar role in web and mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using native or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
