As the Retail Sales Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to Lowes & Home Depot customers.
Maintain and build relationships within a territory of ~65 stores in Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, and Asheville, NC, representing Therma-Tru Doors, Fypon, and Larson products.
Entry-level position with advancement opportunities. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, negotiation, and tool proficiency.
Comfortable working independently, overnight travel (4-6 nights/month), and lifting up to 100 lbs (repetitive lifting of 65 lbs) and using ladders.
Responsibilities (roughly 80%):
- Grow top-line sales in assigned territory.
- Develop strategic account calling plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales training programs.
- Own assigned territory by building relationships with store associates and management.
- Ensure new/remerchandised stores have appropriate displays, signage, and pricing.
- Drive Pro Business (relationships with Retail Pro Associates).
- Drive R&R revenue (supporting Retail In-Home Sales Consultants).
- Manage travel and expenses.
- Build positive relationships with distributor partners.
- Develop and implement sales messaging, new product recommendations, and POP changes.
- Work with Customer Service on claims inspections and resolutions.
- Recommend stock assortment changes.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Millwork, decking, or building materials industry experience is preferred.

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
