Full-Time Retail Strategy Director

Expected salary: $115,000 - $125,000 USD per year

Reporting to: VP, Retail Media

Responsibilities:

• Develops compelling retail strategy leveraging data to drive performance.
• Writes insightful creative briefs for retail media campaigns.
• Communicates effectively, translating complex challenges into actionable insights.
• Understands the retail landscape across various channels (DTC, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo retailers, wholesale, bricks-and-mortar).
• Tracks market share, identifies growth opportunities, and measures category trends.
• Analyzes competitive landscape (pricing, assortment, promotions).
• Partners with clients on promotional strategy, go-to-market planning, seasonal initiatives.
• Develops trusted relationships with clients, understanding their commercial priorities.
• Identifies and activates business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or cross-channel buying.
• Expertise in brand, digital marketing, and planning strategies.
• Fluency in digital media planning.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
