Role Overview:
This role is for a marketing aficionado (or someone eager to become one) specializing in lifecycle and performance marketing.

- Ability to Pivot: Transition between marketer and customer success roles effectively.
- Strong Communication: Communicate with confidence to marketers and executives, understanding strategies and engaging with workflows.
- Proactive Approach: Start working with clients, analyzing data, and strategizing for real value quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Master of lifecycle and performance marketing.
- Excellent understanding of marketing tech stack (Klaviyo, Attentive, Listrak, Iterable, Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Clear and concise presentation skills.
- Product and tooling requests.
- Data analysis and presentation of insights.
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Requirements:
- Startup mindset with ownership/founder mentality.
- 4-7 years in Business Operations, Strategy, Lifecycle Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Channel management experience or ambition.
- E-commerce aptitude (GMV, AOV, CPA, page views, conversion flows, campaigns, holiday schedules).
- Data comfort (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau).
- Presentation proficiency (Canva/Google Slides).
