Full-Time Revenue Accounting Manager

Miro is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead the revenue accounting function. You'll oversee month-end close activities for revenue and accounts receivable, manage audit processes, and lead a growing team of revenue accountants. This role involves establishing billing and revenue frameworks to support new product launches and evolving business models.

• Lead month-end revenue close process and ensure accurate revenue recognition across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models in compliance with ASC 606
• Manage and mentor a team of revenue accountants while collaborating with audit teams
• Design and implement scalable revenue accounting processes and controls
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to evaluate complex customer contracts
• Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements
• Analyze revenue trends and provide strategic insights
• Establish and maintain revenue accounting policies

• 5+ years of revenue accounting experience in SaaS or technology companies
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience mentoring junior staff or managing small teams
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with ERP and billing systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; strong technical knowledge of ASC 606
