Full-Time Revenue Support Associate

• Support revenue accounting, financial reporting, and seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Partner with Procore’s finance and accounting teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting for subsidiaries while supporting future integrations.

• Fulfill monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for multiple business units
• Assist with quarterly and annual revenue disclosures
• Ensure the proper application of customer payments
• Review revenue contracts to confirm compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare reports to support the company’s internal control requirements
• Complete customer billings and collection efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with US GAAP, particularly in revenue accounting and reporting
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability and eagerness to learn new processes related to acquired businesses
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPA or similar certification preferred, but not required
