Double the Donation, founded in 2011, focuses on cloud-based fundraising software for nonprofits and educational institutions. We help them increase revenue through corporate matching gift and employee volunteer grant programs.
Thousands of leading nonprofits (e.g., American Heart Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) and educational institutions (e.g., Emory, UGA) use our services to grow their employee matching gift programs.
We are hiring 2-3 Sales Admin Assistants in the Philippines to support small nonprofits.
Role Summary:
- Provide exceptional support to Account Executives.
- Assist in the sales process (generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing deals).
- Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and customer data.
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve sales goals.
- Manage prospect interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Prospect for new leads and input data into CRM sequence.
- Help create personalized sales sequences.
- Assist Account Executives with sales activities (creating slides, summaries, pamphlets, etc.).
Compensation:
- Hourly compensation in USD.
