- Deal Governance and Strategy
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, approval workflows, and legal guidelines.
- Provide strategic insights on complex deal structures, terms, and conditions, balancing profitability with customer value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams for scalable, customer-centric deal solutions.
- Facilitate communication to resolve deal roadblocks and optimize deal velocity.
- Pricing and Discounting Management
- Develop and maintain guidelines for pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
- Evaluate financial and strategic impact of custom pricing requests.
- Policy and Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all deals comply with company policies, contractual terms, and industry-specific requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Procurement and Risk Mitigation
- Assist in procurement, including vendor assessment and contract negotiation.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLAs.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/related, MBA preferred. 4+ years deal desk/sales operations/pricing strategy experience (Manager) or 2+ years (Analyst). Cybersecurity, Professional Services, or SaaS experience preferred. Deep understanding of complex deal structures, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Strong analytical skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ software proficiency. Desired Behaviors: Detail-oriented, accurate, strong quantitative/analytical skills, business judgment, self-directed, superior communication.
