Full-Time Sales & Marketing Specialist

• Develop and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), company blogs, and website articles.
• Create Arabic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Generate visual and written marketing content, including graphics, posts, and ad copy.
• Conduct lead generation and qualification to identify potential clients.
• Reach out to potential leads across various platforms using the company's scripts.
• Track and document responses, ensuring a structured follow-up process with our social media accounts.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to assess effectiveness.
• Compile and present marketing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the Commercial Manager.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and product overviews for potential clients.
• Support in managing and organizing leads, ensuring proper documentation on HubSpot.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition strategies.
• Support sales team in conducting cold calls, cold emails, and outreach.
• Assist in drafting email sequences and outreach messaging for potential clients.
• Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor research, and industry market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research new marketing strategies and propose ideas to improve campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Marketing certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, META, or any relevant certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Apps.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
• Creativity and analytical thinking to support lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
