Job Overview As a Digital Experience Designer, build compelling interactive experiences for users and deliver impactful business value to clients. Focus on conversational design for voice and text-based solutions. This role works with the AI team to delight customers.
Responsibilities:
- Establish content, strategies, and persona for voice and text-based automated solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions.
- Create client-facing deliverables focused on user interaction and experience.
- Collaborate on intent discovery and natural language models.
- Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help drive success criteria and reporting.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for deployed solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms.
- Design and prototype products and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
- Significant customer-facing consulting experience.
- 3+ years user experience and user interaction work experience.
- Degree in design, UX, communication, or related field.
- Experience crafting mockups and prototypes.
- Proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision.
- Ability to use conversational platforms with graphical builder interfaces.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow).
- Outcome-oriented storytelling ability, demonstrating client ROI.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing conversational flows for text-based bots.
- Experience building voice user interfaces (VUI) or advanced integrated voice response (IVR) systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with prompt writing and generative AI platforms.
