NeuraFlash is expanding! As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you'll build compelling interactive experiences for users and deliver impactful business value to clients. You'll collaborate with our AI team to delight customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design website functionality that connects to Salesforce and Amazon platforms.
- Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions.
- Help business and technology stakeholders understand end-to-end customer experiences.
- Develop sitemaps and wireframes to map experiences.
- Distill user journeys and personas into clear media.
- Create visual mockups for web pages, bot UIs, and agent console layouts.
- Establish content, strategies, and personas for automated solutions.
- Learn to build and configure Salesforce solutions (Experience Cloud, bots, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers and QA testers.
- Define success criteria and reporting.
- Show the impact of design decisions on business value.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in user experience and user interaction design.
- Experience in design consulting with external stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain a design system.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon).
- Degree in design, user experience, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with detailed mockups and prototypes.
- Experience in designing conversational flows for text-based bots.
- Knowledge of user experience research methods or usability testing techniques.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
