Full-Time Salesforce UX/UI Designer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and visually compelling mockups and prototypes for a Salesforce-based solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and stakeholder teams (business analysts, Salesforce developers) to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and mockups.
• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and maintain consistency in UI components.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experiences.
• Create pixel-perfect designs balancing aesthetics with functionality, adhering to Salesforce UX/UI guidelines.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance user workflows and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, specifically for Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating detailed mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and its components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects, custom objects, and key platform features.
• Experience in designing user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Page Layouts).
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Work Environment

• Remote or hybrid work setup with occasional on-site collaboration.
