Full-Time Screening Sales Training Specialist

Sales Training Specialist at Guardant Health will implement learning & development activities supporting key objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop subject matter expertise for virtual & classroom workshops.
• Independently plan & lead new hire, product launch, and advanced training.
• Establish & leverage internal/external subject matter experts.
• Manage communication, coordination, and logistics for workshops.
• Evaluate & recommend training modalities for knowledge retention.
• Propose new ideas to refine operational processes.
• Attend Train the Trainer programs for certifications.
• Assess personal growth opportunities.

Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of sales experience (Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Device)
• Strong communication skills
• Effective virtual presentation skills
• Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and SharePoint.
• Project management skills leading small teams.
• Collaboration & partnership at all levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of sales training experience
• Up to 40% travel
