Role and Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and oversee multiple Google Search and Bing accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for maximum profitability.
• Take full ownership of search accounts and projects.
• Experiment, test, and evaluate new ideas.
• Collaborate with SEA experts and cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation of paid marketing processes.
• Document best practices and share knowledge.
• Mentor and support Junior SEA team members.
• Optimize brand setup for exceptional performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA.
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful Google and Bing campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Understanding of machine learning and marketing automation.
• Fluency in English (German a plus).
• Experience managing six-figure budgets.
• Background in handling multi-geo accounts.
• Prior experience in building marketing automation tools.
