Full-Time Search & Performance Coordinator

• The Search & Performance Coordinator provides essential support to the Digital Performance & Search team, helping to activate and monitor digital acquisition campaigns.
• This role assists in the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Performance Channels (SEM, Affiliates, and emerging channels) to contribute to brand objectives.
• You will focus on learning end-to-end channel operations and supporting ongoing optimization efforts.

• Provide day-to-day assistance in trading and optimizing performance channels.
• Support the execution of tactical campaigns, including basic setup, trafficking of assets, and monitoring performance.
• Assist with budget tracking and data collection.
• Provide operational support for Search Engine Marketing activities.
• Help monitor performance data and contribute to identifying areas for basic optimization.
• Assist with the administration and tracking of affiliate programs and offers.
• Actively participate in a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively within the Marketing team.

• Entry-level experience: 0-1 years experience in marketing, media, or data-related support role.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with common office software.
• An interest in working with data and understanding campaign performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
