As the Search & Performance Lead you will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Performance Channels (SEM, Affiliates, and emerging channels).
You'll lead performance strategies to achieve brand objectives, focusing on lower funnel awareness, consideration, and conversion goals.
Here’s a snapshot of the Search & Performance Lead responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic responses for performance channels, overseeing tactical planning, execution, optimization, and measurement to meet business objectives.
- Lead Search Engine Marketing operations, analyzing product developments and applying advanced techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- Strategically manage and expand affiliate marketing programs, contributing to broader acquisition strategies.
- Own channel performance, overseeing ad accounts to continuously improve and exceed key brand goals like ROI, Clickshare, Revenue, and Profit.
- Develop and execute robust test and learn plans, significantly contributing to annual planning and forecasting.
- Drive automation for all performance reporting, providing critical business insights and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Leadership team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, influencing stakeholders to drive performance and present strategic recommendations across teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous optimization, staying abreast of digital advancements and integrating best practices into our activities.
- Mentor and guide Specialist & Coordinator, assisting with workload prioritization and fostering their professional growth.
Now let’s talk about you:
- 4-7 years experience in performance based marketing.
- Presentation and storytelling of data, writing insights and ability to put forward a strategic response to media briefs and ongoing optimisations.
- Expert level knowledge of campaign management for SEM & Affiliates.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with advertising platforms, data automation, attribution modeling & analytical suites (SA360, Adthena/SEM Rush, GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
