The RoleAs a Senior Account Executive, you manage mid-market accounts, own complex sales cycles, and mentor within the sales organization. You collaborate with internal teams, ensure customer success, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ownership & Mid-Market Sales: Cover territory, identify marina accounts, manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting to close), conduct in-depth discovery calls.
- Advanced Consultative Selling & Demonstrations: Build relationships with decision-makers, understand business objectives, conduct tailored product demonstrations, articulate value and ROI.
- Negotiation & Closing Expertise: Lead pricing discussions, structure deals for mutual benefit, handle objections, execute contracts, and ensure onboarding.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, coach, and train junior sales team members, drive a high-performing team culture, share best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success and Account Management, provide market feedback to Marketing and Product.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain CRM, track pipeline, forecast revenue, analyze sales data, and optimize deal strategies.
Who You Are
- Experienced SaaS Sales Professional: 5-7 years full-cycle SaaS sales experience, strong record of mid-market deal closure.
- Proven Deal Closer & Negotiator: Manage complex sales cycles, handle objections, structure deals, lead pricing discussions.
- Leadership & Mentorship Capabilities: Coach or lead sales teams, manage and mentor junior team members, empower peers.
- Consultative & Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize long-term client success, build strong relationships, leverage data for decisions.
- Excellent Communicator & Problem-Solver: Simplify complex concepts, articulate value propositions, collaborate effectively.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years B2B SaaS sales experience, proven mid-market deal closure.
- Complex sales cycle management, handling multiple stakeholders.
- Coaching, mentoring, or leading a sales team.
- CRM tool proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
