How Yuno will challenge you
● Structure internal processes for the controlled growth of the accounting area and related functions.
● Address external audits.
● Perform/review/analyze invoicing, accounts payable, taxes, account reconciliation, review of accounting figures, and payroll processes.
● Internal reporting and other operational issues, for Colombia, Brazil and Mexico.
● Implementation of accounting Softwares such as Netsuit.
● Preparation of accounting and financial reports
● Consolidation of global reports
Minimum Qualifications
● Professional in accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in bank reconciliations, accounting records, expenses, account analysis, preparation of financial and accounting reports, administrative processes, and delivering reports to management.
● Experience and accounting knowledge of Mexico is a must
● Experience in the entire accounting cycle: invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, taxes, reporting to government entities, payroll, preparation of financial statements, etc.
●Desirable experience working in startups or outsourcing.
●Experience in software implementation processes (optional).
●Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● English language proficiency is required
● Netsuite knowledge
