Full-Time Senior Accountant

• Oversee all accounting transactions for one Hungarian entity (Unleash Group Kft) and four UK entities (Unleash World Ltd., Unleash America Ltd., Unleash Group Ltd., Unleash Holdings)
• Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries, in collaboration with the Chief Accountant
• Support the annual audit process by working closely with the Chief Accountant and external financial auditors
• Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Manage and execute bank payments across all entities
• Calculate and prepare VAT returns for Hungary, the UK, and France
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process AP invoices, credit card purchases, staff expenses, and other miscellaneous entries
• Issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with the Finance Assistant to ensure accounting tasks are completed on schedule
• Compile and submit reports to the CSO and other relevant authorities or organizations
• Provide support for ongoing budgetary control and financial planning

• University degree in Accounting or Finance; IFRS qualification is a strong advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with Hungarian legal entities; knowledge of UK accounting and taxation is a plus
• Fluent in both English and Hungarian, with strong communication skills
• Solid experience in full-cycle accounting and preparation of tax returns in Hungary; payroll experience is an advantage
• Proactive and results-driven, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• High attention to detail, while maintaining a balanced approach to ensure processes are both efficient and robust
• Strong communication skills, with resilience and a critical, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Esker is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• A desire to innovate and improve process efficiency
