Zonda is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into complex accounting and driving special projects.
What you will be doing:
- Own and execute complex accounting tasks, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
- Partner with the Controller on month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Drive special accounting and compliance projects.
- Support indirect and direct tax compliance.
- Analyze and interpret evolving accounting standards.
- Prepare and review journal entries and financial statement support.
- Lead the annual external audit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and legal teams.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
What type of skills are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CPA is strongly preferred
- 7+ years’ progressive accounting experience.
- Strong GAAP knowledge.
- Experience with ERP system implementation (NetSuite preferred) a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
