Brightspeed is looking for a Senior Billing Systems Analyst to join our team! In this position you will analyze the performance of our digital billing systems, provided by the Zuora and SAP BRIM platforms integrated with Service Now and Kloudville. This position will also monitor key metrics, research issues, assist with triage and/or resolution of issues, and identify fixes and enhancement opportunities. The role will function as the primary lead support to drive the delivery of fixes and enhancements.
As A Senior Billing Systens Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting program Manager and finance teams with assessing impacts of new projects.
- Have a strong functional and technical understanding of Zuora and building scalable solutions to support complex business processes.
- Participate in Technical discussions and define requirements for cross-functional projects that interface with billing.
- Partner with both our agent Channel and finance teams to identify and reproduce customer issues. Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate to IT teams as necessary to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Provides Experience & Expertise in building product catalogs.
- Provides subject matter expertise as well as business process consulting on billing best practices.
- Identifying, evaluating, developing, and deploying system changes to improve the billing operations process and assurance controls.
- Providing Expertise in Design, Develop and deployment in business process automation using custom Workflows related to refunds, billing, payment transfers, late fees, Early Termination Fees (ETF).
- Providing Expertise in building custom reports for cross functional teams.
- Perform all Zuora system administration tasks.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Advocates a creative atmosphere which facilitates outside the box thinking and can oversee group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to stay customer focused while driving changes that simplify and improve the customer ‘s billing experience.
- Ability to work closely with leadership, product, and marketing to prioritize and manage new enhancements and IT workload.
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead and schedule multiple projects to accommodate rapidly changing priorities.
- Be a "self-starter" committed to customer satisfaction/project delivery and able to respond to rapid change within the business.
- Strong customer focus, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
