The Role As Senior Brand Designer, you will bring delight to Gemini's marketing and product. You'll work on various projects, using your design skills to create compelling campaigns, social, digital, and event content.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and apply visual identity, immersed in the Gemini brand.
- Lead and work on multiple digital projects.
- Generate ideas, concepts, and designs for creative assets.
- Execute and produce graphic, motion, and photographic content.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineers, and product managers.
- Support multiple business lines.
- Formulate, communicate, and transform complex systems into simple messages.
- Explore new design directions and patterns.
- Oversee execution of assets, typography, logos, and interfaces.
- Lead ad campaigns and design styles for product launches and updates.
- Develop new and iterate on existing designs for the marketing website.
- Support and explore styles for social channels.
- Design email, content, and print collateral.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience in a similar role or design training.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Suite.
- Experience designing for web and mobile.
- Execute a predefined design direction.
- Motion design skills are a plus.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, balance, rhythm, typography, and color.
- Creative mindset and adaptability.
- Collaborative work ethic and easygoing nature.

Salary Range $137,000 - $192,000 (NY, CA, WA)
