Your Mission (Senior Brand Designer): Help shape sevdesk as the premier brand in the tax and accounting industry, driving our brand identity forward and ensuring design is at the core of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the design process, from conceptualization to delivery, demonstrating exceptional skill and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain sevdesk's core visual identity across web, emails, social channels, and Out-of-Home (OoH) advertising, integrating best practices and brand identity elements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement innovative brand and marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Craft corporate identity guidelines and ensure consistent, compelling design across all channels and touchpoints.
- Drive the execution of top-notch campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in brand design, with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in creating high-impact identities.
- Expertise in working with Brand Guidelines and managing branding/rebranding projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & German (B2), with a talent for presenting ideas.
- Broad visual vocabulary and awareness of design trends.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe tools and AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Midjourney).
- Lives in Germany.
