The Senior Brand & Digital Consultant will develop and implement advanced talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions. Key responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through Brand Practices products and services.
- Scope, convert, and own project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K (competitor reviews, photoshoots, campaigns, EVP strategy).
- Understand invoicing, accounting, and reporting.
- Write strategic creative briefs.
- Invest in personal brand reputation through blogs and webinars.
- Gather Market and Talent intelligence for talent marketing strategies.
- Measure and maximize ROI on projects.
- Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Agency).
- Strong understanding of talent marketing, EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, recruitment marketing technology.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
